Lasinska Marianna Researching of classical antiquities in the Lower Bug region in XIXth century: historiography

Abstract
The article based on attracting a significant number of sources and literature, complex research and attempt to clarify and analyze the level of coverage of ancient archaeological sites of the Lower Bug region in the scientific literature during the XIXth century. On the basis of attraction the great number of archival sources and literature, the comprehensive study and attempt to determine and analyze the level of scrutiny in the history of archaeological study in the Lower Pobuzhya in XIX century by the scientific literature. The level of scientific and theoretical study of the problem, the level and completeness of the sources base are determined. The process of the birth and development of archeology were described in article. The importance of scientific schools and research organizations XIX century in the process of formation of archaeological science were presented. Much of the material of the archaeological work of some organizations and researchers were published in the article at first time. These data remained unknown for the scientific audience. Such materials included documents: from the Odessa Society of History and Antiquities, from professors of Novorossiysk’ University, from archaeologists and ethnographers. Ways of generating methods of scientific research in exploration and from fixed jobs were retraced. This research was based on materials, which were published by historical archaeological and local history societies, academic institutions and individual researchers in the XIX century.
