Le Lean Dans Les Services Publics : Perspectives De Son Application Dans Les Administrations Publiques Au Maroc

Abstract
Les services publics ont pu bénéficier de l’adoption des techniques de gestion issues de l’usine pour améliorer leurs performances. Le Lean est l’une de ces techniques qui a connu un grand succès ces dernières années, il est utilisé sous diverses appellations comme Lean management, Lean office ou tout simplement Lean administratif. Au Maroc, les services publics font l’objet d’une critique croissante et sont accusés d’inefficacité opérationnelle et de mauvaise gestion, car ils n’arrivent plus à satisfaire les besoins des citoyens dans les conditions d’efficacité et de qualité requises en comparaison avec d’autres pays. Dans cet article nous nous intéressons au Lean management comme démarche d’amélioration des services publics. A travers une étude bibliographique et l’examen des expériences menées dans certains pays, nous essayons de dégager des éléments clés pour une adoption réussie du Lean dans les services publics au Maroc.
