Abstract
Examines the relationship between the concepts of legal culture and human rights culture as a set of ideas, attitudes, beliefs, evaluations, attitudes, and emotional attitude of people towards law and state-legal phenomena. Defined ways of formation of positive attitude to the law, the rights of citizens knowledge of their rights and responsibilities before the state and society as the main tasks in the process of formation of legal consciousness and legal culture.
