Abstract
Legal frameworks of providing of defence of witnesses that participate in the criminal rule-making are investigational in the article. Basic normative acts that is used for providing of defence of witnesses in the criminal rule-making are certain. Criminal and criminally judicial facilities of defence of witnesses that participate in the criminal rule-making are described. The separate adding is offered to the normative acts in relation to efficiency of providing of defence of witnesses that participate in criminal realization.
