LEGAL AND REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CIVIL SERVICE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article clarifies and analyzes the basic acts of normative-legal support of the civil service of Ukraine. The clas- sification of norms of legal acts regulating the civil service of Ukraine is carried out. The necessity of the adoption of the Administrative Procedural Code of Ukraine is emphasized.
