LEGAL ASPECTS OF PROCEEDING COMPLAINTS OF CITIZENS BY STATE AUTHORITIES

Abstract
The article is based on the analysis of scientific publications and national legislation, and focuses on legal regulation of proceeding of citizens’ complaints by the state authorities. Scientific viewpoints on certain aspects of the aforementioned proceedings are examined. Recommendations on the improvement of the current legislations are suggested.
