LEGAL ASPECTS OF REALIZATION OF RIGHT ON JUDICIAL DEFENCE OF ORGANS OF PUBLIC MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
The article deals with the organizational and legal principles of the implementation of the right of public administration bodies to judicial protection in the context of the reform of justice. The normative-legal regulation of representation of bodies of power and local self-government in courts, in the conditions of such representation exclusively by the organs of the prosecutor’s office and the advocacy, is analyzed. On the basis of the research, the author outlines a range of problematic issues that will require a legal settlement.
