Legal axioms of the civil procedural

Abstract
The article substantiates the proposition that the doctrine of axioms as a legal phenomenon should be attributed to the independent fundamental provisions of the civil procedural science. It is clarified that the axioms in civil proceedings should be distinguished from similar legal phenomena, in particular from the principles of civil proceedings. A number of axioms of civil proceedings are presented and analyzed.
