LEGAL BASIS ANTI LAW ENFORCEMENT BODIES UKRAINE CRIMES COMMITTED BY ORGANIZED GROUPS AND CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS FORMED ON ETHNIC BACKGROUND

Abstract
The article notes that the problem of ethnic crime in one way or another there throughout the former USSR. Did not avoid this phenomenon and Ukraine, as evidenced by statistics. DONE legal analysis combating ethnic criminality in Ukraine. Provided some suggestions for improvement of the management and prevention of crimes committed by organized groups and criminal organizations formed on ethnic basis. It also identified specific areas that should contribute to the improvement of efficiency of counteraction to crimes committed by organized groups and criminal organizations formed on ethnic basis. Justify the need for their implementation in legislation.
