LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR PROTECTION OF INFORMATION IN CYBERSPACE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the legal basis for the protection of information in cyberspace on the basis of existing legislation, as well as the definition of branches of legislation aimed at regulating information legal relations, and in particular in cyberspace. It is indicated that the information legislation should regulate the contradictions between the needs of citizens, society and the state in the expansion of free information exchange and certain restrictions in its dissemination.
