LEGAL LIABILITY IN LABOR LAW: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
Article is devoted to the nature and content of legal liability and it measures in labor law. The approaches of different scholars to the definition of «material liability» are analyzed. The main characteristics of «disciplinary responsibility» is underlined in this article. The fundamental features of it implementation are outlined.
