LEGAL MECHANISMS OF REDUCTION OF RISKS OF BANKRUPTCY IN ASSETS SECURITY PROJECTS

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of the legal aspects of the protection of a special purpose vehicle and investors in the asset securitisation projects from the risks of bankruptcy of the originator and the special purpose vehicle. Special attention is paid to the analysis of legislative and contractual mechanisms, the combination of which creates proper conditions for the effective implementation of the principle of bankruptcy remoteness in the securitisation projects.
