Journal Title: Часопис Київського університету права - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 3
Abstract
The article deals with the consumer lending agreement not in the context of financial services, but a kind of monetary obligations. The author criticizes the legal concept of financial services for its public-law direction and proposes to introduce the category of «money services» and the corresponding changes in the current legislation, as well as an improved definition of a consumer lending agreement.
