Legal nihilism as one of the obstacles to European integration

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of legal nihilism, the historical causes of its occurrence, the main reasons and sources of its development as obstacles to the construction of the rule of law and European integration of Ukraine. The article suggests directions of activity for overcoming legal nihilism, establishment of legal consciousness, legal culture and European identity.
