LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF ACTIVITY OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This Article deals with the substance and ways of realization the legal principles of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine as a central executive body. The author improves a system of legal principles on which the police should act, defines their role in management activities and ensuring of public safety and order. Directions for improving the police legislation are also proposed by author.
