Legal regulation of dismissal from public service for violation of the requirements of legislation in the field of prevention of corruption

Abstract
In the article the author analyzes international legal documents establishing standards in the field of preventing corruption. The author establishes the principles for the prevention of corruption, as defined by international legal instruments. The author analyzes the experience of construction of public administration system in the field of prevention of corruption, defined the prospects of such activities in Ukraine.
