LEGAL REGULATION OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the legislative regulation of protection of foreign investments in Ukraine. The analysis of researches of scientists in this sphere, the legislative base of the state and the real state of investment revenues is conducted. The legal regime of Ukraine property for foreign business entities is considered.
