LEGAL REGULATION OF MORAL ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PROSECUTORS AFTER THE TIME OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE AND THE SOVIET DUBAI

Abstract
The article is devoted to the historical-legal analysis of the moral and ethical requirements that were put forward by prosecutors during the time of the Ukrainian lands in the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. The author analyzes the legal acts that regulate the legal status of prosecutors in the relevant historical epochs. The moral and ethical criteria, which prosecutors had to meet in the corresponding historical period, were determined.
