LEGAL REGULATION OF STATE MONITORING IN THE FIELD OF THE MYRTURNMENT AS A ELEMENT OF ACHIEVEMENT OF PLANNED POINTS

Abstract
The article investigates the powers of the bodies of state architectural-building control, local state administrations, to carry out control in the field of urban planning, as an element of improvement of human settlements. The statistics on the commission of administrative offenses in construction are presented, and the number of them is recommended to reconsider the grounds for carrying out unscheduled inspections. In particular, it is proposed to introduce a norm to carry out such inspections in case of transfer of the right to construct an object to another customer, or when adjusting the project documentation for the execution of construction works, the change of the general contractor or the contractor, as well as changes by the developer of the intended purpose of the construction object after its introduction into operation without proper procedures.
