LEGAL REGULATION OF THE STATE REGISTRATION SYSTEM: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE AND SPAIN

Abstract
The article contains a comparative analysis of the domestic system of state registration of rights with the corresponding institution of the state Kingdom of Spain. The effectiveness of the mechanisms provided for by the legislator for the implementation of the state registration procedure as an acknowledgment at a state level of a particular right under a particular person has been analyzed and researched. The structure of bodies directly empowered to carry out state registration of rights in its clear hierarchy is investigated and described in comparison. The basis for the comparative study and study method was the need to compare the existing state registration institutes in order to identify similar and distinct means of regulating all processes generating registration of rights in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the legislation, the gaps and differences in the national legal acts.
