Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of legal regulation of trade and intermediary activity. The authors analyzes the experience of foreign countries in ensuring the legal regulation of trade and intermediary activities, as a type of trade activity. In the conclusions the authors proposed ways to improve the national legislation in the field of trade.
