LEGAL REGULATION SOME INDIVIDUAL NON PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE CIVILISTIC PROCESS: RELEVANT ISSUES

Abstract
The article is devoted to procedural aspects of realization of individual non-property rights. The author analyzes some individual non-property rights, such as the rights to liberty and security of person, the right to family, the right to personal papers, the right to the confidentiality of correspondence. The author investigates their regulation in some types of civilistic process.
