LEGAL TRADITION AS AN IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE FOR THE FORMATION OF DOMESTIC LEGAL ARGUMENTATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal tradition as a legal phenomenon. The concept of «legal tradition» is formulated, analyzed correlation of legal tradition and continuity in law. The nature of the legal argument is clarified, it is concluded that its nature is integrated, because it was formed under the influence of various scientific concepts and schools, and the main goals of its formation are determined today.
