LEGAL WORK IN THE ACTIVITIES OF UKRAINIAN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN MODERN MARKET RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the content of legal work in the activities of higher educational institutions, which is a necessary economic and legal means of regulating their activities in modern market relations. It is found out that in the scientific legal literature there is no single approach to the interpretation of the concept of «legal work». The emphasis is on one of the compulsory directions in the content of legal work, as a legal support for the registration of intellectual property rights for the results of research activities of higher educational.
