Legislative support for the solution of individual labor disputes: a scientific and theoretical aspect

Abstract
This article explores the key issues regarding the legislative provision of individual labor disputes. The main issues concerning the existence of obsolete and imperfect labor legislation are also highlighted. The emphasis is on the problems of protecting the right to work and other labor rights. It was noted the important and key role of the Parliament in the legislative provision of individual labor disputes. The norms of the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine and the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine are analyzed, their features are emphasized. It is specified that these legislative acts define the model of legal personality of the relevant jurisdictional bodies. Conclusions and suggestions are made.
