LEVELS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY IN UKRAINE: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is focused on a comprehensive study of doctrinal approaches and practical aspects of determining the levels of implementing anti-corruption policy in modern Ukrainian anti-corruption legislation. The most important principles of forming the levels of implementing anticorruption policy have been considered. The definition of the concept of “level of implementing anti-corruption policy” as an administrative and legal category has been formulated.
