LICENSING ACTIVITY FROM BUILDING OBJECTS AS A COMBINATION OF OBJECTS OF CIVIL CONTROL IN THE FIELD OF THE CITY BUILDING

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of the licensing of activities for the construction of objects as a specific set of objects of public control over the activities of public authorities in the field of urban development activities. The notion of licensing activities for the construction of objects is defined. The kinds of objects of state licensing of such activity are considered. Objects of public oversight in the field of urban planning are defined. Recommendations on the implementation of public control in the field of licensing of construction activity are worked out.
