Abstract
The article is examined the national legislation about licensing of marine activities in the period from 2015 to the present. The influence of legislative acts and other normative legal acts on the practical implementation of the types of economic activities subject to licensing in the direction studied are analyzed. Positive and negative aspects are determined.
