LIMITATION OF PUBLIC FIGURE’S RIGHT FOR FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION

Abstract
There are limits of public figure’s (public individual’s) right for free expression of its opinion was researched in this article. Groups of public figures (public individual’s), that belongs to different groups that conditioned persons publicity were specificated. As a conclusion, the restrictions of right for free expression of individual’s opinion could change depending on group, that person belongs.
