Local budgets in the context of financial decentralization

Abstract
The article examines questions of local budgets in the context of the state of fiscal decentralization. It is pointed out that an important instrument in the issue of the effectiveness and reality of local budgets should be fiscal decentralization, the implementation of which will provide sufficient material and financial resources to the development of all spheres of life of local communities based on a clear division of powers between the state executive power and local self-government.
