Local Government Policy and Poverty in Indonesia

Abstract
This paper intends to evaluate some local policy, by means of (1) to evaluate policy and public affairs, through three stages, a) what is the problem; b) What factors are causing the problem; and c) whether the policy is held to resolve the problem; and (2) that connects public policy provisions to implement poverty reduction programs.The conclusion of this discussion is Increasing Every Regional Regulation regional revenue but also creates high costs, impact is a decrease in fish production, a decrease in the income of fishermen and add a Termination of Employment, does not reduce poverty, declining impact of business climate, lower employment and income, and not reduce poverty, Many regulations are not clear what form the service.
