Logistics as an important factor in improving the competitiveness of agriculture

Abstract
In the article, the author points out that one of the most acute problems focusing on the attention of agricultural economists is the problem of increasing the competitiveness of agricultural production. The main ones are: specialization and concentration of production, extensive chemicalization, the development of land reclamation, the introduction of integrated mechanization, the application of the achievements of science and best practices. Thus, the material and technical base undoubtedly plays a positive role in the development of agriculture, since it is based on the results of scientific and technological progress and is considered an indispensable condition for the industrialization of agriculture. The process of industrialization has the goal of creating the material and technical base of the agricultural sector, which is unthinkable without the involvement of mechanical engineering and the chemical industry.
