LOGISTICS PROCESSES IN AN ENTERPRISE SERVICE SMES IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES INDUSTRY

Abstract
Car Servicing performed in garages need realization many of specific logistic processes. Growth of demand of repairs services gives that realization of those services on satisfactory level for customers should be supported by high standards of main logistic processes, as: supply process, realization of service, and customer service process. Those logistic processes can be analyzed by description every activities on the ground of specify of car repairs and automotive service, and by observation of agreement with standards and quality regulations. In literature of object there are lack of research and sector analysis presented logistic problems in car service and repairs branch. Presented statistic data show the quantity factors and do not present the specify and changing in management of logistic processes. The main of article is presentation of characteristic the logistic processes in automotive service enterprise SMEs in car repairs branch.
