Abstract
Sytuacja demograficzna przełomu XX i XXI wieku spowodowała opracowanie nowych technologii pozwalających na przezwyciężenie niepłodności, traktowanej nie tylko jako niepełnosprawność medyczną, lecz także i stygmat społeczny. Cele określone w Koncepcji Polityki Demograficznej Rosyjskiej Federacji na okres do 2025 r. są kompleksowo i sukcesywnie realizowane od 2007 roku, w tym także – poprzez wspieranie szerokiego stosowania Technologii Wspomaganej Reprodukcji (TWR).
