Main centers of responsibility and financial risks in the commercial bank

Abstract
The article categorizes the tools for managing the efficiency of the banking business. The study of the optimal organizational structure of the bank was conducted and an organizational structure consisting of responsibility centers and their divisions in a commercial bank was proposed. It is shown that the identification of financial risks should be carried out at the responsibility centers of the bank and the factors affecting the minimization of financial risks are analyzed.
