MAIN ELEMENTS OF OFFICIAL SERVICE RELATIONS IN THE NATIONAL POLICE SYSTEM AS A BODY PROVIDING NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates official service relations in the National Police of Ukraine as the body that provides national state security. Determines and analyzes the basic elements of official service relations, which are formed while exercising the powers by National Police of Ukraine. It is emphasized that the National Police is one of the main state bodies for the providing the national security of Ukraine, and also plays a very important role in preserving it based on the statutory powers. Because of the analysis of normative legal acts and scientific opinions the article contains a conclusion that official service relations within the National Police system of Ukraine is an extremely important factor for the effective legal regulation of the issues related to the state national security.
