MAIN PARAMETERS OF THE REGIONAL MECHANISM INCREASING THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS RAILWAY TRANSPORT

Abstract
The article examines the systematization of methodological approaches to assessing investment attractiveness and develops methodological guidelines for assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises of the railway transport system at the regional level, taking into account the identified factors affecting the scope, types and intensity of attracting investments. The features of the formation of a regional mechanism increasing the investment attractiveness of rail transport, taking into account the specific form of interaction of natural monopolies between themselves and enterprises of other industries and complexes, with territorial bodies of state power in order to solve the regional problems identified as a result of the assessment
