MAINTENANCE OF REPAIR CAPACITY OF LOCOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT IN THE PERIOD OF VARIABLES OF THE REPAIR PROGRAM

Abstract
The problems of the restructuring of Ukrainian railways, which was started in the 90s of the last century, are considered. The latest scientific articles on the effective use of complex points for diagnostics and fastening of rolling stock for various repair plants are studied. The basic principle of the implementation of repair resources of locomotive departments, which will ensure efficient maintenance and repair of the rolling stock of Ukrainian railways, is substantiated. Creation of a methodology that will effectively redistribute resources to create reference warehouses capable of servicing the rolling stock of different series for different warehouses. Determination of the parameters by which the dynamics of the volume of costs for the repair of rolling stock is calculated. A graphic representation of the effect of using methodology of resource allocation for the creation of supporting locomotive departments was modelled. Determine the amount of production that determines the priorities for using additional, general or standard equipment.
