Major Trends In Training Education Administrators In The World And Conclusions To Be Drawn for Northern Cyprus

Abstract

Nowadays, the developed countries realized that the education superintendents (administrators) play a key role in raising the level of quality of education at schools and in creating a qualified society and they aimed at many methods and systems in order to raise education superintendents effectively and efficiently. The major trends in raising education superintendents in the world have been investigated in this study in terms of sample countries and conclusions were intended to be drawn for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
