Abstract
In today's climate of economic pressure changes within organizations is becoming a higher priority. However, the change is a complex process that can have a negative impact on the development of the organizations, so its planning and management should be carried out most effectively and efficiently. Strategic planning for the implementation of the change process will help to limit the resistance and barriers to the introduction of change. And effective management of change can be an opportunity for business development and a guarantee for achieving competitive advantage.
