Management of common property of apartment buildings in the context of studying the European Union experience

Abstract
The professional management features of common property of apartment buildings in the European Union are researched in the article. The differences in this sphere between our country and EU countries are considered. The reforming process in housing sphere of Ukraine is characterized. Development trends of housing sphere reforming have been formulated.
