Management of Service Quality for the Consumer of Health Care Services

Abstract

In this fast moving world particularly in business environment if the competitive advantages are to be obtained then the company or any organization need to have such technology so that the data on market demands and requirements can be obtained and then this collected can be exchanged between different departments so as to improve and boost the service quality. And to obtain all these benefits, managers and many researchers are very eager to learn details regarding the factors of service quality measurements, analysis of data and service quality models. In this plan service quality models get the prominent position between if helps the management to look for quality problems and this enables designing and launching the quality enhancement program. This contribution of this work is to evaluate service quality and their role in management of capability, profitability and business performance.
