Management of the innovative university life cycle

Abstract
Annotation. Purpose. The article is devoted to the research of the is the development of the management of the Innovative University life cycle approach, including the management mechanisms system for the innovation activities implementation in all areas of the university. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis, systematization and generalization, project approach. Findings. A system of mechanisms with the definition of criteria at each life cycle stage is proposed. It makes possible to effectively combine the stages of an Innovative University creation and management. Practical value. The article substantiates that the proposed approach to managing the Innovative Universities life cycle, based on the spiral model method in the process of the mechanisms system improvement in the transition to a new life cycle stage, which allows to maintain positions in the educational services market as long as possible in accordance with the environment requirements.
