In malignant ulcerative lesions stage I and II lesions of ca tongue, buccal mucosa and hard palate local wide excision done followed by radiotherapy and supportive treatment. One patient with Stage IV, Ca tongue, with LN metastasis and mandibular involvement, hemiglossectomy, hemimandibulectomy and RND followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy was given.
