Managementul schimbării. Rezistenţa angajaţilor faţă de schimbarea organizaţională

Abstract

Lucrarea prezintă rezultatele studiul întreprins pe baza datelor furnizate de platforma ManagerAnticriză, în vederea identificării domeniilor economiei româneşti care oferă cele mai multe oportunităţi pentru schimbare. Modelul utilizat permite clasificarea (sub)domeniilor investigate pe o scară de la 1 (variaţie/risc minim) la 10 (variaţie/risc maxim), în funcţie de gradul de risc. Având în vedere rata ridicată de eşec a iniţiativelor de schimbare, aproximativ 70%, conform literaturii de specialitate, sunt identificate şi prezentate cauzele principale ale rezistenţei la schimbare, nivelurile de rezistenţă, precum şi câteva strategii de gestionare a rezistenţei la schimbare.
