Abstract

Today, organizational communication, information sharing, organizational support, organizational justice, participating in decisions and creating organizational trust have been very important issues for the managers' success and their evaluation by the employees for this reason, managers' attitude in these matters can be a determinant of positive or negative, successful or unsuccessful management of the employees. In this study, it was tried to determine the similarities and differences between TÖMER personnel's point of view towards the managers at the upper, middle and lower levels and the management practices of the managers who work at different levels. While employees' top management evaluations are highly unfavorable, mid-level managerial evaluations are positive, and lower-level managerial evaluations are quite high.
