MARINISTIC CODE IN UKRAINIAN DRAMATURGY OF THE FUTURE OF MODERNISM

Abstract
The article analyzes peculiarities of marinistic poetics in Ukrainian drama of the end of the XIX and the beginning of the XX century. The works of Lesya Ukrainka, Oleksandr Oles, Ivan Tobilevich, Yakiv Mamontov are taken into consideration. The features of neo-romantic, symbolist and expressive semantics of marine images and symbols in dramatic texts are proved.
