Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of using the marketing strategy of the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. The directions and functions of the strategy of marketing management are determined. The main directions of realization of marketing policy of the enterprise are considered. The importance of information support for the analysis and forecasting of sales of products is analyzed.
