MATERIAL SIMULATION OF POLYMERS CONTAINING SPHERICAL STRUCTURES
Journal Title: TEHNOMUS - Year 2011, Vol 18, Issue 1
Abstract
One of the keys for successful polymer product development is proper material selection. It is recommended to apply tailor sized polymers in order to realize best product performance with respect to the requirements. Material simulation is a possibility to predict material data from modified polymers, e.g. particle filled polymer, for strength calculation purpose, which is eminent part of the product design process. A method to simulate stress-strain behaviour of polymers containing spherical structures is shown for TPU material.

IDENTIFICATION AND QUANTIFICATIONS OF CHEMICAL ELEMENTS AND MICROSCOPIC CHARACTERISATION OF THE COPPER BASE ALLOY AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURE OF MOULDS
In this research paper, the structure identified by microscopic analysis for one copper base alloy at two different moulds are comparing between them because the solidified conditions was different. The samples were prep...
STUDY OF THERMOMECHANICAL FATIGUE FOR SHAPE MEMORY ALLOYS TYPE CuZnAl
The paper presents the design elements of a prototype installation for the study of specific thermal/mechanical fatigue of shape memory alloys, and fatigue curves obtained respectively.

RESEARCH ON HOLLOW CATHODE EFFECT AND EDGE EFFECT AVOIDANCE IN PLASMA NITRIDING TREATMENT
This paper contains a description of the nitriding installation with unpolarized grid in order to avoid hollow cathode effect and edge effect. For the experimental study we have made wedge samples cut, and triangular pri...
SURFACE ROUGHNESS VARIATION IN BALL END MILLING OF C45 MATERIAL. PART I: INCLINATION OF TOOL AXIS IN FEED POSITIVE DIRECTION
This paper primarily presents important experimental results, about surface roughness variation in ball end milling, for the case of tool axis inclination in feed positive direction. Secondary, using experimental results...
