Methodology: A quantitative approach had used as a method, since it was done with cross-sectional statistics, with a non-experimental design, being of the documentary type and descriptive level, the prevalence of death in 2015 as the sample. Results: It had observed that the greatest cases of death occur at age 21, among the main cause is direct obstetrician with 57,8 % of the cases followed by other diseases with 20.3% of cases. Conclusion: The causes of the socio-cultural environment are factors that condition the life of the mother-fetus binomial.
